Customer Data Export and Erasure

Apromore provides tools to assist customers in fulfilling data portability and erasure requests. The following sections provide the direct links for exporting and deleting customer data.

Data Export

The following assets can be exported in structured, machine-readable formats such as CSV, BPMN, JSON, or XLSX.

  • Saved Filters – For instructions on downloading saved filters as JSON templates, see Apply filter templates.

  • User Details – For instructions on exporting user details, see Export user details.

  • Folders - A folder cannot be exported as a whole. However, we can export the files within the folder. To learn about exporting files, see Download a file.
