Manage task mining agents

We can get details about installed Digital Agents from the Agents page.

Search agent by email

When managing a large number of Digital Agents, finding a specific agent in the list can be time-consuming. There is a search box in the Agents page that allows us to quickly locate an agent by the associated user’s email address.

Download agent list

We can download the full list of agents from the Agents page as a spreadsheet file. This is useful for auditing, reporting, or sharing agent information with stakeholders who do not have platform access.

In the Agents page, click the Download list icon in the toolbar.

Task002

The exported file contains a single “Agents” sheet with the same columns displayed on the Agents page:

  • Email

  • PC Name

  • Added

  • Project

  • Status

  • Last online

The current sorting applied on the Agents page is preserved in the export.
